Nice pictures ! How do chair and umbrella rentals work? Do you rent and drag them to quiet side of beach or are there some already there ?

I didn't see umbrellas last year. As you can see from the photos, there are plenty of palm trees. Also, there are quite a few picnic tables.

How much was the taxi to Magen's Bay? My husband is staying on the ship. Do you feel it would be safe for 2 women to take a taxi round trip there alone? TIA!

Absolutely it is safe. Last year, the taxi to Magens Bay was about $8 each way per person.
