Recommendations for room request - Saratoga Springs 1BR preferred

hi - hubby and I have a planned trip towards the end of September - 2nights at SSR 1BR preferred and then moving over to Boardwalk for another 4 nights. For the 21 nights at SSR, we plan only on checking out and dining at Disney Springs, maybe some pool/hot tub time. Just the two of us. We'd like some recommendations for room requests and of course would prefer to have an easy stroll to Disney Springs or possibly to use the boat. Being somewhat close to the main lobby area is good as well, if possible, as we will want to send our luggage over to the Boardwalk when we check out. We've never been to SSR, so no idea what to expect. What would be a good room request? Any advice is appreciated. thanks

Request Congress Park - that’s the Preferred section closest to DS. However, if you end up in the Springs, the other Preferred section, it’s closest to the main building and the boat to DS!

And when you’re ready to transfer to BWV, just call Bell Services. They’ll come to your villa, pick up your luggage, give you a claim check, and you can have Bell Services at BWV deliver it to your villa there.

We always go Congress Park facing Disney Springs. Top floor request (or ground level in a pinch -- it's the only resort we ever accept ground level as the patio walkout door are fairly private in Congress Park rooms facing Springs.
