Recommendations for June 3rd-June 11th?

DH and I are going down to the "World" with my entire family this Saturday. We have been many times....but are interested in knowing what others consider "don't miss" attractions, restaurants, etc... We are all adults (no kids yet!) and would love to hear some ideas of what all of you like to do!!
