Recommendations for houses close to the parks?

We are looking into renting a house for an extended family trip. We usually stay on property so I don't have a great sense of what is out there in terms of houses/developments and where things are located. Our primary consideration is probably proximity to the parks and ease of access. Secondary would be something nice, clean, good quality, etc. We would need a minimum of 4 bedrooms and five would be even better.

We stayed offsite for the first time this past July in a house. It had 4/bed, 3 bath, pool, gameroom. It was in Sunset Lakes and very close to the parks. There is a short cut using Sherbeth Rd that is great. Very quiet, gated community. I found it on www.vrbo.com and it is listing #256608. The owners were great to work with.

We rent from Florida Leisure and have stayed on Sunset Lakes and Cumbrian Lakes. Sunset Lakes is slightly closer to Disney but we prefer Cumbrian Lakes as it is easier and quicker to get to Universal and SeaWorld.

Sunset Lakes was excellent.
