Recommendations for Good Pools, Inexpensive?

I am planning a late June trip with my sister, but I'll be staying for two additional days after she leaves. For the two days I'm on my own, my plan is to just hang out at the hotel pool.

Can someone give me a recommendation of an inexpensive hotel with a great pool area? Some kind of on-site snack bar or fast food option is a must, but proximity to the parks less important since I'll be moving to this hotel and not visiting the parks for the final two days.

I got ressies at the Caribe Royale for $89/night for a 1 bed suite. That is a great price (better than mousesavers even) and they have a great pool.
