Hi .. does anyone have any recommendations for any good value ( aka cheap ) apartments close to Disneyland Paris which sleep 6 adults ... preferably within easy reach of the parks. Thanks.

Hi

As no one else has replied yet I will tell you about the place we stayed in over half term for our family of six although it was not an apartment. We stayed at Park & Suites Village at Montevrain.

This is a complex of terraced houses.

Advantages:

•Cheap
•Close to DLP. Our front bedrooms looked out on the Tower of Terror and I suppose it was a 10 minute drive away. There is a bus stop nearby also.
•Spacious. We had one of the larger, three-storey, three-bedroom houses. On the ground floor there is a large cooking/dining/living area plus small patio with barbeque. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and bathroom. Top floor has very large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large balcony. Two bathrooms (and loos) a great advantage.
• Semi-private and communal outdoor space. Although getting in late after watching Dreams and leaving as early as possible in the morning to hit the parks we didn’t really make use of this.
• A boulangerie just round the corner from the complex.

Cons:

• A bit shabby and not the pristine cleanliness I expect.
• Mean bedding. Just one rather thin pillow per head, no mattress protectors (although the mattresses were clean) and sheets that barely fitted the beds. One blanket per bed that only covered the top , nothing to tuck in.

Not sure if it is a pro or con, but the beds are actually singles put together (with a single headboard) which means plenty of bed space (and they are a good length too) but the reason the bedding only barely fits.

We liked being able to self-cater, facilities include hob, micro-wave, good-sized fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Utensils were basic in the extreme.

Hello,
we went at Christmas, and stayed in marriott village-d'ille-de-france
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1054576

It was an excellent trip, with plenty of space for us all!

Not the cheapest, but not extortionate either. Plus we self catered, and enjoyed some non-disney time too.

suggest checking late rooms/last minute type places for deals, as booking direct through Marriott is pricey if you're not part of their club.

enjoy!!

(Incidently, we're going back next week, 8 of us this time, and as it;s summer (haha!!) we're staying in a static caravan on a 5* campsite. Can't wait for this one!!)
