Every year we like to bring the fairy godmothers in one night and let the adults have a some time to themselves. What are everyone's top picks for some kid free time. We have done Spoodles, Raglan Road, and Bluezoo the last few trips.

A group of 6 adults. No dining plan. On or off site, but we would need to stay close.

Any suggestions???

Bistro de Paris in Epcot. It's not on the dining plan and has no children's menu so it's a very adult atmosphere with some of the best food at WDW. Second choice would be Flying Fish on the Boardwalk.

The whole World Showcase in Epcot. Start out with dinner at Le Cellier, Teppan Edo or Chefs de France. Then you can head over to Paris for drinks in the pub at the Rose and Crown in the UK and finish it off with picking up desserts at your country of choice (we like the bakery at France, mmmm) and then find a good place to watch Illuminations. If you still have some life left in you after that, head over to JellyRolls or the Atlantic Dance Club on the boardwalk for some more drinks and adult oriented fun!! :thumbsup2

DH and I loved California Grill during Wishes fireworks, the music gets piped in and the view is excellent!

Flying Fish, Jiko or Cali Grill are my top picks.

Flying Fish is a fun atmosphere with amazing food. Jiko is quieter and more reserved with outstanding food. California Grill is more trendy feel, great view and fabulous food.

Another poster on here had a plan to do the Monorail circuit on their date night.....ie cocktails and appetizers at the CR, Poly and GF and then maybe a boat ride over to WL or pop into the MK depending on what kind of time they had.

I thought it sounded creative and fun.

If you are open to off-site restaurants, Benihana's located at the Hilton on Hotel Blvd is a hidden gem and a nice place for adults to hang out and get a great meal (make sure to upgrade to the chicken fried rice) and show. You could either drive your car or take Disney Transportation to DTD and it is a short walk across the street from the bus stop. Reservations are easy to get the day before, or even the day of by calling when they open. Friday and Saturday may be tougher for same day reservations. FYI - The tables, IIRC, are tables of 8 and 10 so you would be seated with strangers, but we have always enjoyed our table mates.

Try the Boardwalk!!! Dinner at Flying Fish. Drinks at ESPN or Jelly Rolls. Walk the Boardwalk ... take a boat ride. Lots of fun smells and bells.
