Recommendations for a light-weight wheelchair

Hi - My mom has come to realize that she would be more mobile if she purchased a lightweight wheelchair. She has home health aids who take her to dr appointments, etc. and she occasionally likes to get out with friends for movies or to visit a casino. She wants the wheelchair to easily fold into a car trunk and to also not be too heavy since the friends are also older. Also, she is quite small (maybe 4'8" and less than 150 lbs).
