We're just nearing the end of a 2-week stay at Disney, and I wanted to pass on a recommendation for a really wonderful company we used for a princess makeover.

I found As You Wish Magical Experiences on the Ear for Each Other group. The ladies there all used to work at BBB. We booked the Princess Package ($125) for our four-year-old, who has wanted to go to BBB ever since our last trip, when she was two (so too little to go). I bought a special Cinderella dress for the occasion from Only Little Once, who are a favourite of ours; their Disney clothes are beautifully made and very comfortable for the kids. (The hairband's from Amazon!)
Fairy Godmother Jolinda came to our hotel room in full costume and spent around an hour on my little girl's hair, nails and makeup, telling Disney stories the whole time and treating her like the most important person she'd ever met. She has worked at BBB since it opened - it's a crying shame that these wonderful cast members still have no idea when or if they'll be able to return. Little Miss Four had the time of her life; the look on her face when she saw herself in the mirror at the end, and the ferocity of the hug she gave Jolinda, said it all.

We got a huge number of compliments on her hair and outfit in the MK that day, and found that the cast members in cavalcades and at meet and greets paid very special attention to her, which really made her feel fantastic.
Jolinda left her with stickers, her makeup, nail polish, a little tiara and butterfly hair clip, a pink comb and a magic wand. We'll definitely use the service again, and I absolutely couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you're able to, please support these cast members; they do a phenomenal job, and they're getting such an undeservedly rough deal at the moment.
