Recommend restaurants that you can get a fabulous burger using the dining plan :)

Raglan Road has a great burger with Irish cheddar cheese for TS meal (good fries too!) HOB also has a nice burger selection, but not on the dining plan.

We weren't impressed with the burgers at Beaches & Cream. 5 Guys makes a better burger than they do there.

I would recommend the Angus Chuck Bacon Cheeseburger at the Wave in the Contemporary :thumbsup2

Leaving out the dining plan factor, we have had great burgers at:
Fountain - Dolphin
Cabana - Dolphin
Raglan Road (Fada burger) - DTD

We've had good burgers at:
House of Blues - DTD
Big River Grill - BW (a few years back though)

You can check to see which of these participate on the DDP (I know the Dolphin places do not).

The best burger I've had was at Big River (at the Boardwalk)....but I'm not sure if that restaurant is on the dining plan.

The Turf Club (SSR's best kept secret, it's the place for beef, great burgers & prime rib)SciFi, if at the parks!

While I am a vegetarian my husband and kids are not.. :) My husband's favorite place so far for a burger (TS) has been Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. It was a angus chuck burger with bacon and cheddar. It was a big hit with my husband, so much so he is hoping to have it again next year.

I haven't tried too many at TS in Disney but Grand Floridian Cafe, Le Cellier & Liberty Tree Tavern (for lunch) have good burgers.

Another vote for the Grand Floridian Cafe - I'm still talking about the burgre that had lobster, asparagus and some awesome sauce on it!

Jenny:)

TS service is about the same Pecos Bills has a new Angus Burger that sounds good, Have to wait until Feb to try. I think the Bacon DBL Cheese is good. I had one at CRAYS.

I thought the burger at The Plaza was delicious- very juicy and savory. I loved that you also had other side choices besides fries if you wanted to opt for something else. Being as it's a more inexpensive restaurant it may not be a great use of a credit for the plan, but it's definitely worth a try in my humble opinion.

My husband had the burger at the Grand Floridian Cafe. He loved it and still talks about it. He is a very good eater and it actually filled him up.

My husband loves it too. Its looks great, but Im not a fan of lobster, so I havent tried it.

I'm a big burger fan and thought the SciFi burger I had a few years ago was awful. The meat didn't even taste like beef.

I haven't had a Beaches and Cream burger for several years, but they used to be pretty good. People here say they've gone down hill with premade patties.

I haven't found a great burger yet at WDW, but I still keep trying!

Most disney burgers are "okay". Not great, but at the TS locations, usually not bad. I've had them at Sci Fi, Beaches & Cream, and maybe one other place that I can't think of. Honestly, after hearing how the B&C burger was the best thing on earth, I was anticipointed. I mean, it was fine, but not at all anything unusual. I thought the Sci Fi burger was comparable (and yes, it has gotten a bit better over the past several years.)

As for CS: the Angus burgers at Pecos Bill's seem to be a slight upgrade from the "standard Disney burger." The "standard Disney burger" at the other CS locations can be anywhere between pretty awful and adequate.

(I guess compared to the "standard Disney burger", the B&C burger really is very good. But, that's not a high bar.)

We often found that Pecos Bill had a good burger.:woohoo: You can get fresh sauteed shrooms. oninos, fresh lettuce, onions etc... on the works bar, that adds soooo much to the meal.:dance3:
