Recommend Comedy and Drama shows on BBC?

We get a number of BBC TV selections on Amazon Prime here in the Colonies. We enjoyed Luther, The Hour, Little Britain, wifey likes Downton Abby, me not so much. Based on these, can anyone recommend BBC shows we might also like? BTW, the Rose and Crown is my favorite 'ride' and we enjoy meeting folks from across the pond, I'm of Welsh/English descent, wifey is pure Irish.
ps. Forgot to mention Mr Selfridge and The Office!
