Can anyone recommend an hotel in Paris that is not too expensive.

We're 4 couples going on a NO kids trip for a weekend in March.

Not too bothered about location, as long as its not too far away from main sights.
Must be near a Metro station & not in red light district.

We're staying in Paris & not going to Disney, and are looking for bed & breakfast.

Thanks in advance for any help

Sue, I'm afraid I can't recommend a specific hotel but I'd suggest looking at Cresta's Cities & Short Breaks brochure (if you haven't already), as it has a very good selection of hotels and grades them too which is useful. Bridge also has a City Breaks brochure. Both good companies!

Do let us know what you decide to do.

Hi Sue

We like to stay in the Libertel Terminus Nord hotel - it is 3 stars and is directly opposite the Gare Du Nord train station - handy if taking the Eurostar!!
It is in a nice bit, nothing dodgy like Pigalle!! - and the rooms are nice, buffet breakfast.
Metro stations right on your doorstep - for different lines.

Let me know if you need any more info -
