Family (me, DW, DD10, DD4, DS2) be driving to WDW this Nov for a 8 night stay at CSR. I was planning on a one night stay at AoA the night we get there but saw on the board people saying they've stayed for as little as $50 at random hotels. Saving $100 this way sounds good since we're arriving at 9pm and really only have time to sleep and will be heading out super early to the parks the next day.

Any recommendations? Just need it to be decent and clean (don't care what they have or don't have), and will probably choose based on lowest price and proximity to the parks.

I dont really have a recommendation for you. We have used pricelines secret deals. Last year we were able to get a 4 star on international drive for $50 it ended up being Rosen Center, we just booked another room this week 4 star at downtown disney for $75 and it is Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort. Both of these stays are only 1 night prior to arrival at Disney.

I can't suggest any specific hotel but based on your use, staying further away might save you even more money and not add too much to your morning the next day.. AAA, orbitz and the variety of other similar sites will probably help narrow down what costs what.

We are staying at fairfield inn in lake buena vista on south apopka vineland road in a few weeks. (there are two in lbv). We have stayed here before. It was decent. Has a free breakfast which was pretty good. It is at the crossroads (a lot of places to eat) which is right down the street from downtown disney. There is also a walgreens across the street from this hotel. AAA rate was pretty good. I think I am paying about 80 for the night which includes tax.

I just stayed at the B resort for one night. $88 total! And it's a lovely hotel. I watched the Epcot fireworks from my room. It is one of the lbv resorts. I used the mousesavers code and got the resort and parking fee waved($50) this was my second time trying it. I stayed with my family for 3 nights in July. Loved it then. Just me this time-no disney, and I still loved it. For that price, it's a great bargain!
