Hey.
I know we had a thread like this before, but im in a despirate cry of some recipes.

My mom asked me to looks some up that looked good, but i dont know D:.


Anyone have any recipe of something they would like to share?


*Please dont be smart with me and do stuff like "PASTA- boil water, add pasta, add spagtti sauce to tase".


Ive got that down.


So far ive got :

This is my all time favorite sandwich:

Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Sandwich

1 (1lb) loaf of Italian (or sourdough) bread
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped (I use whole ones and it works out fine too)
2 tomatoes, sliced
Mozzarella cheese (fresh or not), sliced
red pepper flakes
balsamic vinegar

Slice the loaf of bred in half lengthwise. Sprinkle a little bit of the balsamic vinegar onto both pieces of bread and sprinkle just a pinch of the red pepper flakes onto one piece of bread. Then layer the basil, tomato and mozzarella between the two halves of bread. Cut the bread into 4 sandwiches (or however many you want. lol)
