Recipes for food from Coral Reef and Le Cellier

Is there a thread where I could get recipes for the cream cheese mashed potatoes and Mushroom filet from Le Cellier and the cheesey potatoes from Coral Reef? They were to die for and would really like to make them from home. Thanks!
