recipe using key lime marmalade?

I recently bought a jar of Rose's Key Lime marmalade - but it is too tart for me to enjoy on toast.

Does anyone have any recipe ideas? I did a google search and went to the product websites - but had very little luck. Any suggestions?

You might try stirring it up to soften it a bit and then folding it into whipped cream to make a type of lime mousse. Or melt it and use it as a glaze on a fresh fruit tart.
