Did anyone who has ordered the Frisee Salad at Artist Point happen to ask for the recipe? Thank you.

Hey! I'm from SC too. I wonder if the salad from AP is the same as WCC - an apple-vinegarette dressing to die for! I'd love the recipe too!

Almost every one of their vinegarette dressings are GREAT!! They made a Strawberry and Raspberry vinegarette in the past that I can still remember the flavor.. I wish trhey sold it in the World of Disney Store in the Downtown area, I'd stock up!

Here's the Wilderness Lodge apple dressing:

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing

1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.

Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition

Add salt to taste.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container

Yield: 15 ounces

Hey mrslane! I'm boiling here in Columbia; having to walk in the mornings before work again!

The frisee salad from AP had apple slices, perhaps walnuts or pecans, ? maytag blue cheese crumbles, & an unusual type of lettuce (Is frisee actually a type of lettuce?).
