Recipe Request - au gratin @ Rose & Crown

I have looked all over, but haven't seen this particular one so I was hoping maybe someone here could point me in the right direction. DH & I looooved the au gratin potatoes at the Rose & Crown in Epcot. They came with his surf & turf and we just couldn't believe how good they were. We wished we could have gone back and each ordered a huge bowl of them!

Any help would be much appreciated!

I could not find the recipe I was looking for either--tomato and mozzarella sandwich from the Boardwalk Bakery. I sent an e-mail to Disney Guest Communications (wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com). I told them what a nice time we had at the BC and then I requested the recipe I was looking for from the Boardwalk Bakery. About two weeks later they sent me the recipe. WooHoo! I sent the recipe onto to allears.net for everyone to enjoy.

I tried the recipe at home and it just did not quite taste the same. I guess it must be the Disney Magic! Good Luck!
