Recipe for Pulled Pork at WCC

I'm curious if anyone has the recipe for the pulled pork from the skillet at WCC. My boyfriend loved it and wanted the recipe but our waiter wouldn't give it to us. I plan on emailing Disney and asking for it, but I figured I'd check here first.
