Can anyone give me a recipe to make fudge using canned vanilla frosting? I am planning on giving this as some gifts and can't find the recipe.

Thanks!

from this board i got this easy recipe. everyone who tried it loved it!

one small jar of peanut butter (i used reese's brand)
one container of white frosting
put contents of both into microwave safe bowl and nuke until soft
stir together and pour into a pam sprayed glass baking dish. put in fridge to harden.
it's that easy!

I've also seen a recipe where you use a bag and a half of white chocolate chips instead of the peanut butter. Follow the directions same as above.

You can even use ONE bag of the semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate in place of the white chocolate chips. :)

We love Rachael Ray's 5 minute fudge.

1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate morsels
9 ounces (3/4 of a 12-ounce bag) butterscotch morsels
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place a heavy pot on the stove and preheat it over low heat. Add chips and milk and stir until chips are melted and milk combined. Stir in vanilla and remove fudge from heat. Put into a greased pan. The fudge will set up almost immediately. Chill covered in the refrigerator and slice fudge very thin when ready to serve, a little goes a long way.

She also adds 1/2 cup of currents (we don't like it with the currents). You can also add 8 oz. walnuts. We love this recipe. It's so fast and easy!
