I booked a room only for one night then a package for 7 nights - same phone call same rep, package first. I got the room only paperwork several days ago (I booked about 9 days ago). There is no mention of the code on it, that I can find. I have yet to see anything for my package.
However when checkout my ressies online, I couldn't pull up my room only just my package. I was worried somehow my room only had gotten lost. When I got the invoice I thought I'd verify I hadn't written down the confirmation number right and I had. So Hmm try again and almost type in the wrong phone number - fix that no luck. Hmm try again with old phone number - yep there we go see my room only res on my old phone number. Which I had changed a few weeks ago and the CM had read to me correctly when I called and she verified my info. So now I'm just if my package might have gone to the old address.
