I haven't had a chance yet to post pictures of how our table settings worked out for the wedding. I'd love to see everyone's else's table arrangements too! :cutie:
This is before the candles were lit. We had two of these long tables, 20 people at each table...

:goodvibes wow... your tables were beautiful:flower3: This is a great thread, I would love to see everyones table set up:goodvibes By the way, you made such a beautiful bride, I have been meaning to tell you that. I love the pic you have up!:goodvibes

everything looks great-- you were so creative. I loved your planning journal too!!

I was wondering if you had a special photographer to add yellow or some other color to the photos to make them look more vintage? Definately very artistic!

Thank you guys! I can't wait to see other people's tables too! :bride:
My photographer took the close up table shots without a flash, which may be why the photos look a little artistic. Other than that I think the colors of our wedding might have had a vintage feel to them. :cutie:

Yes most definately. Your colors were very vintage.. it just seemed as though the photographer added to the feel of it all. Even if he didnt-- they turned out amazing!

Your tables look amazing! You are so creative and talented! Everything from your wedding is just so beautiful and original. Maybe you should become a wedding planner :)

My reception was in the American Adventure Rotunda.

I applied all the ribbon to the vases, and I made the table names and menu cards. The table linens and floral was done by Laura Kidd and her team.

Moonpie~Gorgeous table set-up. I've seen lots of the typical "fall" wedding set-ups, but yours was truly unique - you put such a nice, slightly modern twist on things. :)

Wow! I love those flowers...especially the tall green ones! And the ribbons on the chairs, and the vases, and the linens are gorgeous! Hey! I noticed that we were married only one day apart! Congratulations! :bride:

Thanks! The tall green flowers are called "Bells of Ireland"; I loved them b/c they were unique and modern. That was the whole look I was going for.

Congratulations to you too!

Phenomenal! I saw a vintage wedding school themed set-up in a Martha Stewart Magazine- you mike her look like a novice! Wow! Where did you get the linens for the napkins? The toys are a wonderful touch- were they from your family or an antique find! Amazing! Are you in the decorating/party plannign business? If not, I think you found your calling!

Wow!
Wow! We are havign our weddign at AAR and I think we are using the same kind of chocolate linen tablecloths and gold chivalli chairs!
I love your set-up- the blue and chocolate are so classy and the flowers add the perfect touch as did the vases you made! Very unique! Love it!
I am so worried now about how our set-up will look . . . Irish Cinderella & Moonpie- your decorations are so unique and special. I just don't have that creative ability to look outside the box!
Wow! Thank you for sharing.

Goish...thanks for the compliments! I sewed the napkins myself from vintage looking fabrics I found at a local, funky fabric store. And the toys I found online. You can find lots of vintage looking reproduction tin toys online. And I'd love to go into the party planning business, but... while I really enjoy decorating, and crafting... I did not enjoy scheduling, and booking, and handling the money. :cutie:

Thanks for the compliments. I loved loved loved how all my decor turned out. I felt it was like our relationoship: classic but modern.

Don't worry about the decor too much; if you follow your heart, it will look fabulous. I am a firm believer in the fact that it's tough to screw up your decor as long as you put a little of yourself into it. (It's also tough to make the AAR look bad, not that I'm biased or anything. ;) )

Both of your table decorations turned out gorgeous! I am stuck on what to do for my wedding in June. We are having our reception in the Living Seas and the tables are quite small (6 people at each). I didn't realize we are allowed to bring in items ourselves for the center pieces. Does Disney charge extra for this or is it standard that you can bring in vases/napkins/etc?
