Reception menu for Bistro de Paris?

Hullo again, folks!

After finding out that 'Ohana's doesn't count AT ALL toward a food and beverage minimum, we've moved on to bigger and better ideas! (well...theoretically)

With that in mind, has anyone had their reception at Bistro de Paris? I know the menu is similiar to whatever they're serving at that time, but exactly how does it work? Is offering everyone the tasting menu an option? Or do you have to decide on specific dishes?

I have the menus for catering if you want them post or pm your email address and I can send them.


I believe there is a 10K food and beverage minimum alone (not including cake) to use this venue for a night time reception (after 4pm) and I think 5k for brunch/lunch. The chefs also dont want to differ too much from their menus so you don't get a custom menu, also some have gotten tasting while others were told that they could not have one or they would have to pay to have it during operating hours.
