we were quoted (BEO)$250 for the Napa room for an ipod set up. we are bringing our own.

Since I can't fit a piano in the Key West room. My Planner suggested using a keyboardist instead. Has anyone done it?

Our ipod set up was $350 for the Whitehall Room, I did same as Carrie and made different playlists for each part of the reception.

What is the maximum you would pay for and I-pod set up and why does it vary from location to location? Is it something to do with the size of the place?

I think it might vary from in-park vs. out-of-park...because we were quote $1100 for an IPOD setup.

Sorry OT I know but would you be kind enough to let me know what the F & B minimums are for the Key West Room? Do you have any photos of it? I was planning on using St James Room but I have heard on these boards recently that it is looking tired and in need of a rehab, and since I will not get a planning session (Escape_ , I maybe need to consider other options!!
