I am interested to know if anyone has an estimate on how much it cost to change out the basic white linen table cloths, silverware, napkins, place settings...etc?

Also, has anyone used any tall vases for their centerpieces, if so what did those go for?

Just trying to get a rough estimate and play around with different ideas before my actual planning session. Also curious to know what's affordable and what's not in this regard.

For my wedding, we used black linens instead of white, but that was no additional charge. We did use pink napkins instead of regular white napkins and that was around $2 / napkin.

In addition, I had a very specific idea for what I wanted me center pieces to be, and so they went out and found vases I had wanted. If you look at the picture below the cost breakdown is:

The center vase = $15
The Large Vase around the center one = $65
The Med. Vase around the center one = $52
The Small Vase around the center one = $45

We only did centerpieces like this for the two large tables we had on the dance floor for our parents and grandparents, and for the rest of the tables we did a smaller centerpiece since those tables only sit 4 people at ADH. If you want any other pics or info just let me know

How much did the chairs cost you a piece? I really want those, but afraid to see the price, LOL!

I'm doing the silver chiavari chairs and they are $9 each with a $75 moving fee. BUT if you want chair covers over the banquet hall chairs it's $8.75 each with no moving fee.

I'm not sure why my prices differ, maybe because of the venues, but for us the Black Chivari Chairs cost us $10/chair with a $100 delivery fee.

We only used Chivari chairs on the dance floor area, and just the used the same chairs provided for the tables along the outside. Since at ADH you can't really see any of the tables or chairs from the dance floor and they aren't in any pictures, it helped us save money. So we ended up only needing 26 instead of 100 chairs.

And initially I wanted this one specific chair cover, and in order to get that chair cover I had to use chivari chairs. So that kinda defeated the purpose to me (to dover the chivari chair, instead of the existing chair). In the end I'm happy with my decisions though.
