Reception Clean Up Question?

Hi everyone. I asked my wedding planner if we could have someone there gather up our stuff and either put it in the limos after the reception or ship it to hotels. She said no. Did anyone ever have someone from Disney to do take down. I am bringing a bunch of stuff from home for the wedding and didn't want to be making trips to the limo in my dress after the reception. Plus our favors are going to be baskets with stuff in them and I wanted to know if someone would just put those in the limo for everyone.

If anyone can help here, that would be great.

We brought a ton of stuff down with us and we recruited family and the bridal party to all grab something and take it out to the busses and back to our hotel. Disney really did not help much, I think they can't do it because it is not Disney property. That was the round about reason we got. They will deliever your floral that you want to keep to your room. Ours showed up the next day.

We had 14 stands that our centerpieces stood on, a tree we made for our guests to hang written wishes on, baskets, decorations, our two cake toppers, camera's from the tables, table numbers and stands for those, and extra favor boxes. We just decided who would take what out, made a box for each table, and let everyone go get it. It all eventally made it's way back to our room over the next few days!

jennycee - I LOVE the well wishes tree... how did you set that up? I would love to have something like that at our wedding... my fiance's parents live in FL and we could keep it at their house so we wouldn't have to schlep it down from NJ with us.
