And my clothes smell wonderful! Seriously I never noticed this with Tide or All or Era which is what I went back an forth with before. Anyone else loving the Gain?

Never tried it, but I will now - I love good smelling clothes. :flower:

I love Gain Island scent.....good stuff. I also use the new Downey fabric softners. The mango one is my favorite.

We recently switched to Surf laundry detergent. We found a big box (good for 120 loads) of this stuff in a cart left next to our car at a Wal*Mart parking lot.

I use Tide b/c it gets out the tough stains.....I use Bounce fabric softner to make my clothes smell yummy!!

I've never tried Gain....I might have to give it a whirl.

I just buy whichever is on sale.

I took a blanket out of storage this week that I washed & put away this spring. It still smells SOOOOOOOOO good.

I wish I knew what I washed it with????? :confused3 :rotfl:

I love Gain too. I pulled out my sweaters from last year and wore one today and it smelled so good! I'll never use another fabric softner or detergent ever.

All I buy is Tide, but hubby has picked Gain up a time or two and I simply won't take it back. I thought it had a fantastic smell, so I wasn't too upset. Tide is just better for stains and that's quoted from Consumer Reports too.

I have always used Gain. When it came out, my mom started using it because back when all you could get was powder, my dad had a friend that sold appliances. He said that he loved people to use Tide because it would eat up a washer and he could sell more. So mom quit using tide back then and switched to Gain. I have never used anything else and I have been married almost 30 years. Plus Gain does not cause as many sensitivity problems as Tide does even in the liquid Tide. Yes it does smell wonderful.. :sunny:

I've used Gain for years. We recently switched from the original scent to the touch of softness Gain. It's great! :)

I have to use All Free because my skin and DS skin is sensitive..I would LOVE to use a good smellingdetergent, though!!!

Yes indeed, salesmen are the salt of the earth...

I bought Gain for the first time when the DVD of "The Incredibles" came out. (you could get a free blanket if you bought Gain & the DVD). I love it! The scent is nice without being overpowering (at least to me).

I have used Gain for years, I love it. I just pop in a scoop of oxyclean in every load and I have no stain issues. Tide always made me itchy.

I like Gain, but LOVE ERA..I can't find it anymore...nobody in this area sells it...once in a great while, BJ's has it, but it is in the 300ox spout container, and I already have that...I like to buy the bottles and refill my big container!
