Recent Topolino's Terrace breakfast experience?

I made an ADR for Topolino's Terrace breakfast. I wanted to do something special for my daughter's rescheduled birthday trip. I know the characters will keep their distance which is totally fine. What was your recent experience like? Were parties seated far from you? How was the food? How long did it take (we have an 8am & Epcot opens at 11)?

Hello, we were at Topolinos in mid January. The food here is amazing, you won't be disappointed. Tables have a good amount of spacing between, I didn't think it was crowded together. The characters are a lot of fun here. They do a really good job to make it as interactive as possible. They do a lot of dancing, clapping to the music waving to guests and do really well to pose for pictures. If they see a camera pointed, they'll stop and pose. If you're trying to take a video, which I did a lot, just give them a thumbs up and they'll keep moving.

The whole dining experience takes about an hour, but you can stretch to 90 minutes if you go out on the balcony and enjoy the views or stop by the Riviera gift shop on the way out. If you plan to take skyliner to Epcot, I'd probably want to be there by 930 though. That line can get long in the morning with few empty gondola cabins coming from CBR that will allow you on. There should be a few empty cabins once they start though, so a few early arrivals might get on without issue.

There’s a few videos up on YouTube that show the dining experience now. They convinced me that it would still be a great experience and safe too.
