Recent ROFR: How Long?

OK, so I'm already impatient...

For those of you who recently purchased resales, how long did it take for you to pass ROFR?

About 13 long days!! My realtor advised that they usually let them know on Fridays or Mondays! Good luck!!

We passed in about 18 LONG days!!

We passed in two weeks for BWV contract...seems quick but felt like the days passed soooooooo slowwwwwwww

It took one week for our VB contract! Now, we're waiting for other paperwork, was told that takes 2 weeks before we get the final contract and have to mail in the certified check. We're just over the 1/2 way mark on that.
