Recent Port Upgrades/No Discounts

I know that there is a thread dedicated specifically to this issue and I know that there is a thread specifically dedicated to discounts (FLR/MTO, etc.). It has been a long time since anyone posted anything on a port upgrade and it has been an even longer time since Disney has released any FLR/MTO rates (I know that there is a current *GT rate for a double dip on the Dream in late July). I am curious how the fact that there have been zero discounts offered by Disney past month or so vs. last year at the same time when there were quite a few discounted cruises is translating to folks arriving at the port to seek upgrades. Are you guys finding that there are more or fewer port upgrades when you arrive at the port?

Is it possible that these cruises are actually fully sold out and those of us that are patiently waiting for the release of these discounted rates on a weekly basis on cruises that seem to have a substantial amount of availability (see July double dips that looked like they HAD to go to some discount to sell out only to disappear last week).

Two ships off on there travels to Europe and Alaska so only two ships in the caribbean and bahamas and the economy doing well.

Ships are filling up, hence DCL increasing fares.

Yes, this is the thread and there have been two posts in two months, so I wanted to post a direct question to those who have been on board recently on the Dream or Fantasy. Either there have been zero port upgrades over the past few months, or there have been some and folks are just not posting on that thread, so I wanted to throw it out there to see if I could get a direct response with more current info. I hope that is OK with everyone.
