Recent Park Vue Experiences?

Has anyone stayed at Park Vue lately? How was your experience? Are they doing daily housekeeping? Was parking relatively easy to find? Do they still have cookies and drinks in the lobby? Did you feel like your room was in good condition? Comfy beds?

I stayed here 10+ years ago, and liked it. This time around I’m considering the 3 queen suite, if anyone has information about where those are located, I’d love to know.

I stayed there in March and again in May so not super recent but this year. I can answer some but not all of your questions. Yes, they are doing daily housekeeping, I fly so I didn't have a car so can't answer the parking question, didn't look for cookies and drinks in the lobby so I don't know, the rooms were in fine condition and I found the bed to be comfy enough that I had no trouble sleeping and the pillows were decent. I have only stayed in a 2 queen bed room (mine was on the 2nd floor) and a 1 queen/bunk bed room which I specifically requested to be on the 1st floor for because they don't have elevators and I had my 3 year old with me so had a stroller. Overall if I cannot stay onsite this is one of my 2 go to hotels because the distance to the parks just can't be beat and the customer service has also always been good. The air conditioner is kind of loud but my kids are used to sleeping with a sound machine anyway so it didn't bother them and I sleep with headphones in one ear anyway so I was fine too. Pool is nothing special so if I have pool time built into our trip I consider HoJo (my kids are now 2 and 4) as my other go to hotel for them. If no pool time then this is where we normally stay. Hope this helps!

I stayed there last March as well and parking has always been easy. Didn’t notice cookies in the lobby, would doubt they are still there.

I stayed in the 3Q suite last august and while the AC wasn’t the best it was the best option for our configuration. Do note that the 2q are in the same room as the (open very basic) bathroom, then the third has a door but no direct access to the bathroom without going through the main room. In case that is important.

Where was your 3Q located? When I asked the hotel directly, they told me "by the pool and spa." I'm assuming that means near the northeast corner? Were you 1st or 2nd floor?

I stayed there last June, and was very happy with my choice. The beds were comfortable, location was perfect for an afternoon break from the park, and the hotel was quiet. I was happy to be in the back corner. I didn't drive, but my friend joined me for the day the last day and was able to park our rental car in the lot for free (I had her on my room reservation). It was easy to find and use for parking. I didn't notice if there were any cookies or drinks, and can't remember if I got housekeeping while I was there or not. Would definitely recommend the hotel though!

I have been considering this hotel and glad to hear the positive reviews

We were on the ground floor and faced into the parking lot. So as you look at the hotel from the street it would be back and around to the left.

So...not a super recent stay but thought I'd comment anyway. We stayed at Park Vue in June 2022. We were just in a room with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. My only complaints are that our AC barely worked. We set up our neck fans to try to blow cold air into the room better. It basically got trapped by the bunk bed. I'm assuming other room layouts wouldn't have this issue.

The only other complaint would be that our socks turned black. I think it's because the parking lot was black and people track that into the rooms. So...pack slippers! Otherwise, our room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We had a truck and only left a couple times but never had trouble finding a parking spot near our room. I'm guessing this varies based on the time of day as well as time of year though.
