I recently rented from National car from MCO to drop at the car care center and then the reverse 7 days later. I have a code from my employer that gets me good rates and includes insurance. For the rental to WDW they charged 4x the quoted price + insurance. The employee at the car care center couldn’t have been nicer and said I was the 4th person that day and fixed it for me. Then on the way back they tried to charge me 3x the quoted price. I showed the reservation email and it was fixed. I had been renting from them for 15ish years without incident. I guess my advice is always check the price before driving out of the lot (National allows most people to skip the counter)and keep your original email.
