Recent L&M Experiences?

William Shatner has failed me! No Priceline rental cars for next weekend, and the regular rates are all insane. L&M is half the price, so I just booked them. I know I've read lots of horror stories in the past. Anyone use them recently, and if so, how did it go? I have my proof of insurance and am very assertive about declining additional coverage.

I've never used them, they're the only rental agency that won't hold your rental/rate if you're delayed more than an hour EVEN IF TELL THEM YOUR FLIGHT and it's delayed.

we used them probably half a dozen times......have never had to
show insurance papers altho I always have them. have never had to say more than no thank you for ins. coverage....have never been an hour late so can't comment on that.....cars have always been in good shape....will use them again if they offer the lowest price...........

We were 1 1/2 hour late once and our reservation was honored.
