Recent experiences at MCO please!

Just wondering how lines and waits to get through security have been recently at MCO? We'll be leaving on a Monday evening.

You shouldn't have any problem. I have been keeping an eye on the lines for about two weeks and there is nothing up there to worry about.

8/25 (Friday) 11:00am - no line
8/30 (wednesday) 2:00 pm - no line

08/31 - 3:00pm - less than 10 minutes to arrive, print boarding passes (resort check-in counter at CR was having printer difficulties that morning) and get through security.

We flew Friday to Friday, Detroit to MCO. No problems either place..
We took our shoes off, but you dont have to.

I felt real secure when I handed the TSA lady/screener at MCO my id and ticket. She was talking to the other TSA screener about getting her hair done from one of the girls in the shops in the airport....never looked at anything, never even looked at me to compare the id......

I dont think I was delayed more than 5 minutes either place....

NO WORRIES, BE HAPPY YOU ARE GOING TO DISNEY!!

On Sept 4 my DD and DH had a 7 AM flight and it took them about 40 minutes to get thru. My son and I had a flight at 11 AM on the 5th and it took us about 5 minutes!

I don't like to hear that. The ID checkers are there to work, not to gossip. Next time get a name and you might be doing a whole bunch of people a favor.
