Which rooms did you have? I'm going to be on deck 8 too Is the odor from the tub drain or sink? Just wondering if keeping them closed helps at all. Otherwise I'll come prepared to seal those puppies myself

The impression seems to be now that you can always expect these odors. That is NOT true.

Of all the cruises we have been on, we only smelled something (sewer gases) for part of one day. Then it was gone! There have been some extraordinary cases detailed on here recently of long term problems, but that is extremely rare. That does not happen on every sailing.
