I have a great example of how fast Disney works to correct a problem. This has nothing to do with a sewerage problem. We stayed in 8528 in April. There was this constant woodpecker type tapping that I noticed at night when I was trying to sleep. I didn't notice it during the day because, well, I was never in the room! Anyhow, I reported it and that first night, they seemed to think it was coming from the pull-down bed in the ceiling so they tried to put in pieces of wood between where the ceiling met the bed. Well, it didn't work. So, they called and scheduled a "complete take down of the ceiling" for the next day at 9am. They wanted to make sure that we were not inconvienenced. I thought that was very nice. Needless to say, they fixed the problem. They even called to make sure that all was alright with the room and to please report any further problems. I was VERY impressed with the response. They even offered to put us up in an open room for the night so that we wouldn't have to listen to the noise. Superior service in my mind.
