Yea it’s a DCL exclusive, I got it on the Magic in July but they sold out pretty quickly and it’s been spotted on the Dream sailings

There are several blue sequin DCL Loungefly backpacks for sale on Ebay. I don't know how much there normally cost but on Ebay it looks like $179 - $200 is the average. Sorry, couldn't find the color you posted. I hope you find it.

Wanted to add that I read on Disney Parks Blog in April 2021 that Disney Springs now has a Disney Cruise Pop Up Shop. Maybe they have it or can help you?
