Recent Cruisers…Palo Brunch?

Hi recent cruisers! We will be sailing in February out of New Orleans. Tell me about Palo brunch. I know that self serving is gone …ie Cabanas is still a buffet but you are served. Is that the same at Palo?

I read (sorry can't find thread) that it's basically a sit-down service now. With plated selections you pick. Here's a link to the Palo brunch menu:

We went a few weeks ago on the Fantasy. Buffet for the seafood, cheese, etc is gone. Many of the entrees are the same as in the past. If we were not platinum, and it was not included, we would not go again. Certainly is not worth $45 pp plus tip.

They bring out plates of some of the items that used to be buffet, and they will gladly bring you more of any or all of it (see thread linked above for pics of those plates). We still loved it. We kind of liked the portion control of having some one else bring us the food! The menu items were the same. And then dessert was from a menu as well.
