Recent Cooler/Ice Experiences

I'm planning a trip where we'll be packing lunches most days and I'm wondering if anyone with a recent cooler/ice experience can help me out. I know loose ice is not allowed, but what about ice in a ziplock bag? We're staying at AS Movies, so I don't have access to a freezer.

We brought ziplocks and got the ice inside Disney...
So i guess you could pack a ziplock and worst case dump it then refill it inside

If you were staying at a hotel with a freezer i would say frozen water bottles work awesome.

Not that the Mom's Panel is always correct, but this is the result when searching the Disney site. My personal experience was in November 2019.
