Critter Country last week we also saw Rabbit, Brer Bear & Brer Fox
On Main Street we saw Cruella & Chip-n-Dale

Keep in mind, with the crowds you will be dealing with....you may get in line for characters but never make it up to them..... just pre-warning you, my 2 yr old was devastated last year when we were there during spring break. We stood in tons of lines & only made it up to one character in 5 days (the ones you find wandering the park)
Our best character interaction came at the character meals. You can also venture to ToonTown at opening & make a mad dash to Mickey's house, so you can see the big cheese at the end of it.
Hope that helps!! Good luck!

Smee is not out and about. Other than parades or Fantasmic, you won't see him at DLR.

Genie has been spotted in the parks, but is not a regular.

Generally, the Princes are very hard to meet - they are usually seen only in parades.

Alice and Hatter should be out every day. Some, or maybe all, of the other Wonderland characters (The White Rabbit, the Tweedles, and the Queen of Hearts) will appear on busy days.

Wendy is seen much less often than Peter Pan.

You forgot the pixies! Hmmm ... can I name them all by memory? .. . Tinkerbell, Fawn, Silvermist, Iridessa, and (see below) Rosetta. Terrance has been added to Pixie Hollow recently.

Bert and Mary Poppins are often in a Castle Show (a different one, at 2 PM) and can also be found on Main Street, often at Coca-Cola corner. The Penguins (Robert and the one whose name I don't know) and Gepetto have been out - but perhaps not since last summer. See below - but I still wouldn't count on meeting Pinocchio. Likewise, "Honest John" Foulfellow has been seen in the past year, but is rarely out and about. One more - Rabbit - who I can only be sure has been seen around Christmas time.

A rare character I just saw on main street was an ape, maybe from Tarzan?

I've never been to PFF, but I think Mulan and Pocahontas can be found there. I think Pocahontas is in Frontierland sometimes. As posts in another thread stated, the princesses, including those two, can be found at the entrance some afternoons.

If the Sword and the Stone ceremony is held (off-season now), Merlin obviously has to be there in front of the carousel.

Lighting will strike you before you ever see this character, but I have seen that someone photographed Wendell a few months ago.

I'm skeptical about Genie - other than the Aladdin show in DCA, don't know that the character is walking around.

Rosetta is the fifth fairy! And we saw Pinocchio on Monday! :goodvibes

At the floral mickey & main street I have seen Mad Hatter, Alice, Queen of Hearts, Cruella deVille, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Goofy, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. I saw all but the Queen last weekend when we were there, and Mickey & Minnie were standing together - it was a great shot with both of them.

Was there a certain time that you saw all those characters?

We did not make it over to Toon Town

[/I]I've never been to PFF, but I think Mulan and Pocahontas can be found there.

Yes, they are.

We've also met the Evil Queen from Snow White in DCA near the Animation Building. That's also where we saw Frozone, Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Max and Handy Manny.

Ah ... there's the rub ...

Was the question about characters at Disneyland only or will the OP also be looking for them in DCA?

In addition to the classic characters in "California style" costumes, DCA has characters that I've never heard of, like Handy Manny, etc ...

We saw Handy Manny in DCA, too, earlier this month. Stitch, too, and I hadn't seen him outside of "his" breakfast at PPH. :)

So...rather than making a big, bound autograph book, many people bring individual (cardstock) pages. So you can make all those pages, then ONLY bind the ones that are actually used.

Meet the famed fairy Tinker Bell and her best friends — Silvermist, Iridessa, Fawn and Rosetta — at the new Pixie Hollow. As you make your journey along a winding pathway that skirts the banks of an enchanted pond, you'll feel like you've magically shrunk to fairy size.

* Don't forget your camera. Fairies love to have their pictures taken.
* Share your most secret wishes, hopes and desires because fairies are the best listeners.
* Discover how snowflakes are shaped, what gives stars their twinkle and who gives bees their buzz. (theres all of them I saw some one forgot one)

We did not make it over to Toon Town

WOW ... we never saw half that many characters and we were there Sunday evening to Wednesday night!

We also found the character meals to be the best for Character interaction. At Goofy's kitchen we saw Goofy (of course), Pluto, Chip & Dale, Alice and Baloo (from Jungle Book). At Ariel's Grotto we got to see Ariel, Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White and Belle. In Toon Town we got to see Mickey and Minnie, Goofy and Pluto. Around City Hall area in the enterance we saw all on different occasions, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Alice and the Mad Hatter. In Critter country we saw Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Brer Bear and Brer Fox. The only character siting we had in DCA was Mickey in his California gear.

We got lucky and saw the 4 princesses at the entrance on Sunday. Then on Monday we saw one of the Main Street vehicles driving down Main Street with about 8 of the characters packed in there! :goodvibes

Thank everyone!
I'm making scrapbook looking pages that have the character's on them. When I did this last year (not so flashy) the character's wen't crazy over them. Snow white and Mrs. Incredible were gushing over their page.
The reason I asked for Disneyland only, is becasue we are only going for 1 day to Disneyland.
