I know you said there was a Starlit Hui yesterday, do you know if there are two a week? Is there a concierge, etc, that might know the 2nd day they usually run them. Trying to book Luau and dinners for our August trip.

So far...it appears the SH is showing on Thursday fairly consistently...it is the Monday show that seems iffy. If you don't hear anything here, I would plan for the SH on Thursday.

Good morning! I still haven't seen the Surf's Up or the Fish are Friends, but the Ohana Hula is scheduled for today, Sunday!

Surfs up and fish are friends are premium paid experiences at aunties beach house. Generally need to be booked well in advance. My kids did surfs up and really enjoyed it. However we could not get into fish are friends! Maybe next time!

My kids did Fish and Friends last Friday we signed up via phone three months ago. It cost $74 per child and included lunch. A DVD. A souvenir bag and fish I'd sheet. They both had a blast. (7 and almost 12 yrs old). The program was not listed in the 'IWA.

So Starlit Hui is Sun, Tues and Thurs now? No Ohana Movie Nights on Tuesday anymore...I see it still may be happening on Friday...Did they happen to replace the Tues day showing with a different day?

They had movie night last night, Monday.

We have experienced several cancellations on this trip, as well. One day the storytelling was cancelled. Twice the nature and wildlife tour has been cancelled.

Geez...you have had to deal with a lot of schedule changes and cancellations!

Once there is some consistency maybe if you wouldn't mind the July people could make a little schedule. I'm trying to arrange my dinners in and out and luau around Starlight Hui and would like to do a movie night and maybe storytelling.

Ok, just got back have not unpacked my Iwa's yet. But here is what I remember:
The Fireside O'olelo is every night
Lei Making, I think was mid day on Wednesday. A word of caution, I got to the Comm Room at like 8:03,no one was there but the animation class at noon was already booked. You do have the option to put your name on a waitlist. We opted to do the Menuhune Trail instead after lunch.
Ohana Disney Movie Nights : Weds and Sun
Starlit Hui : Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
The Ohana Hula and Explore the Stars, I need to unpack the Iwa's, sorry.

You can call the hotel the week before your visit, this is what I did just to check on the days and times of the things i was interested in.

Good advice about checking. We included two nights/three days at Aulani during our vacation. We picked Monday and Tuesday because of the activities schefule. Our youngest daughter was signed up for Fish are friends and we made reservations at Monkeypods early so we could be ready for the Starlit Hui. Tuesday night was to be our couple's night with our reservation at Ama Ama at sunset. We arrived early on Monday so we could get our daughter registered at Auntys. We were delighted to hear our villa was ready! We soon learned that the evening schedule was different. After a family meeting we decided to keep our schedule rather than spend time trying to switch everything around. So happy that we did that! Tuesday night was especially wonderful! Ama Ama was wonderful (except for the kids allowed to play in the fountain in front of us). The kids enjoyed the child and evening programs and the pools, slides, and beach was deserted because it seemed the entire resort was at the show! It was magical! We enjoyed the live music and evening stroll in an empty resort.

They changed/cancelled several things when we were there. Sort of disappointing, if you are really counting on something specific. There is plenty to do, though!
