Recent Alamo kiosk users?

I was just wondering if you checkin thru Alamos's kiosk, is there a place where you can enter frequent flier account numbers to get credit or do you have to ask the clerk at the exit gate?

I don't remember if there was a space to enter your FF info at the kiosk, but I entered mine in the reservation form when I reserved the car. You should be able to modify your reservation and enter that info in before you leave.

I don't see it only a place to add airline and flight # and Quick****** account #.
maybe if I checkin online?

Hello ruadisneyfan2. If you go to your email and click on your alamo reservation you will see a message in the body of the email that says "save time now". Click on that. It will have spaces for you to fill in your demographics as well as your frequent flyer info. That should take care of it . Have a great trip.

There was no place to enter it at the airport Kiosk when I was there last month. They confirmed that when I got back on the regular line to complete my rental agreement, as there was no way that I was going to pass up getting my miles. They tried to convince me that I could add it when I returned the car, but I found that to be pretty unreliable advice.

Kiosk? Alamo has no desk with aperson to go to. What if you have coupon or if you have a problem?

There was no place to enter it at the airport Kiosk when I was there last month. They confirmed that when I got back on the regular line to complete my rental agreement, as there was no way that I was going to pass up getting my miles. They tried to convince me that I could add it when I returned the car, but I found that to be pretty unreliable advice.

I was able to look up my ressie online and click on the "save time" feature. It had a place to enter my SW account # thought it did add $2 to my final cost.

It's optional. the desk is still there too. I haven't used it yet but I've heard you can use it even with a coupon.

We had an online reservation with Alamo at the end of March. I called beforehand and had my husb's SWA RR number added to the reservation. I later printed out the reservation/confirmation with all info noted. My husb used the kiosk when renting our car, and our receipts all show the appropriate info. For some reason, our credits have not shown up yet, and we are going on 10+ weeks. This has never happened before, and I wonder if it has anything to do with using the kiosk. Has anyone else had any problem getting their SWA RR credits when using the kiosk? I have spent so much time on the phone with Alamo & SWA trying to get our double credits for the rental.

yes, I did but it was last May and June. none lately
