recent 75 poinit OKW March use year!!

Just being nosey here!! Did any Dis'er pick up that 75 point march use year OKW listing on another site?? It was going for $75.00 a point, I came close to making an offer, but never found the time to sit with DH, just got back last night from a horseshow with my DD and see that it has been scooped up!!! If you are out there, I'm being nosey to see what price it did sell for!!!!

If you see a low point with your use year CALL IMMEDIATELY. I have gotten one when I called as soon as the email came, but on another one I waited half a day and it was gone. Those move very fast!

Yes, I have to admit I bought it! *L* Well in the process of buying it!

I'm actually paying the $75 per point that they were asking for the 75 points. "SC" said that she had received a previous lower offer but the sellers turned it down.

On a small contract like 75 points a few dollars less per point really does not make that much difference. If it had cost $70 instead of $75 I would have just saved $375.00.

I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. It was just what I wanted so I did not mind paying for it. ~ It was the EXACT location, exact point size and exact use year I wanted. It was Perfect for me!!!

I'm so excited about it!!! I can't wait to close so I can plan a trip for next summer!!!


*GRIN* By the way~ I'm sooo glad you didn't grab it up before I had a chance to call!! Just kidding, but I'm really excited!
