Received an email from Fidelity on the 21 that our contract had closed and we should receive membership materials within 14 days. Received another email from someone else at Fidelity on the 26 saying we had closed and should be receiving materials within 2 weeks. We have not received anything yet. We want to use our points for a family vacation in mid-June. How long should I wait before I contact anyone to check on when I should receive membership number? Just getting antsy about what resorts might/might not be available during that time.
