Received used Blu Rays from the Disney Movie Club?

I just received my second initial order of DMC Blu Ray movies (I signed up again) and it appears that two of the movies are used copies. The covers are wrinkled, and when we played them, the message that the movie had been played before and asking if we want to play it from it's last location came up.

Has anyone experienced this before? Will the DMC send me new NEW Blu Rays if I contact them about this?

They were shrinkwrapped, but I believe they are definitely previously used.

In case you're wondering, the movies were:

Inside Out (Blu Ray + DVD + Digital HD)
Cinderella Live Action (Blu Ray + DVD + Digital HD)

I can't speak to if the discs were used, but I can tell you that the message about a movie being played before comes from your player, not the disc. You have likely watched a different copy of the same movie in your player (maybe you borrowed or rented it) and your player makes a bookmark for that title in its cache. There is no way for the disc to contain information about having been played before because commercial Blu-Ray discs cannot be written to. Any copy of the same film will bring up that message.

The wrinkles up covers are more concerning. Even if not used, they are obviously not in mint condition which I would expect them to be. I would inquire to see about getting at least the covers replaced.
