Received "pacakage code" for summer 2014

We are traveling to Disney World in August 2014. I've been pricing out various packages on the Disney website. The last package I looked at was 10 nights at Wilderness Lodge.

I received an email from Disney today reminding me to book my vacation and to mention this vacation code.

We've never gotten this before. Is this a pin? Do I have to call to figure out what it is? Just trying to figure all of this out.

If it's a three character code, it's not a pin, it's a package code. If it's longer, and numeric, it's a pin.

Usually pkg codes are rack rate or just a few dollars off. They're for marketing.

I called and it is for marketing. Oh well...still off site for us! Waiting to see offers!!
