We received our documents for our 6/5 Western Cruise -- yea! In our package of documents, they included 4 Bahamas Immigration forms. I was wondering why we have to fill out forms for the Bahamas since the Western goes to Key West, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Are Grand Cayman or Castaway Cay considered part of the Bahamas? Thanks for any information!

Correct. It's because of CC being in the bahamas. Just fill out the form and have it ready to check in, OR, you'll hold up the lines and people behind you will not be happy!

When we went a few weeks back (western as well) there were MANY people filling these Bahama Immigration forms out at the terminal. Seems a lot of people thought the same thing, and were suprised when they arrived......paperwork incomplete. Great question, and now you know the answer and will be ready to go!

Have a great trip!

Thanks to everyone for their responses. Mrsfuzzmo -- since you sailed recently, could you tell me what you put on the forms in section 2 where it asks for travel agent, intended # of night's stay, and hotel name. We didn't use a travel agent, and we won't be staying overnight, so do we just leave those questions blank? I feel a little stupid asking this, but I don't want to have to delay other passengers during the check-in process. Thanks!

I'm jealous, we're on the May 22 Western and have received absolutely nothing yet! :( Can you tell I'm pouting?

DCL sent only 3 of the Bahama's immigration forms and there are 5 of us travelling. For the 2nd part, I put in the Disney Cruise Line as the travel agency and Lake BuenaVista as the city. I have left a few blanks, but I understand there is an area when you enter the terminal that has extra forms and CM's that are available to answer any questions. We plan on getting to the Port around 11am, so we should have our forms all set by the time the check in counters open up.

Pdimar, we recieved our documents this morning via UPS. We booked directly through DCL -- I don't know if that's why we got our documents almost 6 weeks before the cruise. I have read on these boards that booking through a travel agent MIGHT delay the delivery of your docs, but I don't know if that's true.

We are are the May 22nd western sailing.... we received our docs today by UPS.... yours should be coming if you didn't receive already... My husband John (JDubbs) is setting up a meet for I think our first day at sea... I will have to get the details...

I've checked into that thread over on the cruise meets board, thansk for the heads up though. I look forward to meeting eveyone. I believe we will be on the same excursion on Grand Caymen as well, same time and everything.

By the way we did finally get tour docs, whew thank goodness. I feel much better now that they are in my hands.
