Received invoice for a toll we paid

Hi, I had an invoice emailed to me from state of Florida saying we missed a toll. We paid every toll by cash, it’s only $5 and change, but it’s the point. Do you think if I call I’ll have a chance of getting it credited? I’m going to call tomorrow since they close at 5; but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Go online and look at the photo of the car that missed the toll. I had this happen to me. Said I missed a toll in Miami. I was on the other side of the state at the time. Looked at the photo and they had misread the tag. Called and it was eventually taken care of.
