Received Flowers from Golden Oak??

We're here now at Ft. Wilderness Cabins and received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Golden Oak, the new Disney custom home community being built. I'm just wondering if anyone visiting recently or here now ever received these flowers? Just curious as to why I was chosen?
