Received DVC Dream It Forward rewards- which to chose? Please help us decide!

Hi! We are DVC members and were recently awarded "complimentary" tours because some friends that were referred by us also bought DVC. I say complimentary, but most of these tours are limited to 2 adults, and do not include my 2 children, one of which is 12 and considered an adult. We are ok with paying the difference, but we aren't sure which to choose, so can anyone out there recommend any of following?
1) Pirate Fireworks Dessert Cruise
2) Behind The Seeds tour
3) Caring For Giants
4) Horseback Riding at Wilderness Lodge Trails (may be super hot in August)
5) Early Morning Magic at MK
There are a couple of other seasonal events, but they are not available in August when we are going.
We were going to go with the Fireworks cruise, but we have reservations at California Grill our MK day at 5:20 pm and wanted to enjoy a leisurely dessert there. The cruise may be cutting it close, but we would consider it if the vote is overwhelmingly in favor of it....Thanks!

Personally, I would go with the EMM.

1) Because it's August and afternoons will be hot. This gets you in the MK early and allows you to get a lot done before the crowds build.

2) Because it includes a breakfast. Maybe not the best breakfast onsite but still not a bad deal.

3) I don't have much interest in the other choices. Horseback riding in August, in Florida? Not just no but OH NO!

We’ve done EMM twice at MK- it’s great!

VERY good points, Marionnette. I think based on what you said, I am going to go with EMM. The horseback riding wasn't really given much consideration, but I *am* surprised it was even listed as an option! Those poor horses!

It’s really not that bad riding in the summer. I used to ride for years growing up and did a lot in the summers. It actually felt less hot with the breeze and we didn’t go on hot pavement. The horses I’d ride would get a hose down after to help cool off that they loved. I think horses in Florida just get used to the heat since it’s really hot here year round. Never rode at Disney though not sure how it works there
